It is single-use and valid for 7 days from issuance.
It is only for travel back to the UAE, not for travelling onward or transiting through other countries.
No fees are charged for issuing it.
It is limited to Golden Visa holders with valid residency and passport.
Applications are accepted for dependents under 18 (for example, a parent applying for their child).
